Chakan, 28 Nov (The Press Watch) – A gang of 4 robberers who were prepared to rob a company in Vasuli MIDC were red handedly arrested with dangerous weapons at an open ground near H.P chowk, Mariot Hotel in Khalumbre on Tuesday evening.
The roberers were carrying weapons like x saw blade, Iron Cutter, Chilli powder etc. when chakan police arrested them. Due to which a big crime incident was successfully terminated due to the alertness of Police.
The arrested roberers are Pandurang Padval (A: 29, R: Padval vasti, Chakan), Abid Hussain (A: 32, R: Purena, Balrampur, Uttar pradesh), Maksood Khan (A: 32, R: Kalamaidan, Ghatkopar, Mumbai), Massiuddin Khan (A: 21, R: Palaspe Fata, Thane) while Salim (R: Kalamboli, Thane) has escaped. Police are in search of him.
