Referring to the anxiety creeping in the minds of people Chetan Bhagat added that all of us have to look at these testing times positively. It is time to understand the power of technology. We need to adopt changes that will take us to a better world.
Apart from career or academic goals, set goals to give you a balanced, successful life he said. Balanced means ensuring your health, relationships, mental peace are all in good order. Your striving is only worth if there is peace in your life. In a normal day to day rush life you don’t get time to think. Take time and reflect on things you want in life and before you know this phase will be over.
Emphasizing on how teachers, faculty members and principals should balance all these competing interests during the outbreak of COVID-19 he added that redesign and make some changes in the education delivery. It’s a new normal for education; one important fact is that technology is playing a key role to facilitate the teaching learning process. Teachers and students are staying connected through learning management systems, video conferencing, and other digital educational software’s. Every teacher should try to be a motivational speaker and help students to learn the ways to stay strong, as this phase too shall pass.
